Connect HubSpot with Zentor App

Contact matching, deal creation for qualified leads, and conversation notes as real HubSpot engagements -- the connector is fully implemented in code.

Implemented — external test phase still pending

Current status of this integration

This integration is fully implemented (bearer-token auth, contact/deal sync, notes, deal-status pull-back). What is still pending is the external test connection to a real HubSpot account -- all tests so far run against simulated API responses, not a real HubSpot account. This page will be updated once that connection is established and verified.

Frequently asked questions

Is the HubSpot integration usable yet?+

The code is fully implemented but not yet tested against a real HubSpot account. Until that test evidence exists, the connection is deliberately not advertised as finished here.

Which HubSpot objects does it connect to?+

Contacts (create/update via email matching), deals (automatic creation for qualified leads), and note engagements for conversation summaries.

How does Zentor App authenticate with HubSpot?+

Via a static HubSpot private-app token (bearer token). An OAuth2 flow is planned for a later stage but is not part of this MVP version.

What happens to the deal status in HubSpot?+

A periodic pull reads the deal status back from HubSpot and updates the lead status in Zentor App accordingly (e.g. won/lost).
