What is Zentor App?

Zentor App is an integrated platform that combines an AI chatbot, omnichannel inbox, knowledge base and automation in one system. It lets companies automatically handle customer inquiries via web chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and email — and hand them over seamlessly to human staff when needed. Telephony is bookable via the Zentor SIP-Voicebot.

The platform runs in the EU or On-Premises. No obligation to use external AI providers — local language models can be run directly on your own infrastructure; if an external AI provider is optionally connected, any use outside the EU is safeguarded exclusively through EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
