The public status page displays the current reachability of the Zentor App core platform. It queries the backend directly without caching and reports whether the core backend and database can be reached. This is a live technical check, not a historical uptime report. The page deliberately avoids presenting an invented availability percentage or a public SLA value that is not backed by recorded status history.

A positive result means that the central health endpoint responded and the core platform was reachable at that moment. It does not guarantee that every tenant-specific function is operating correctly. A single tenant may still have a channel configuration problem, an expired external credential, an origin restriction or a failed automation while the public status remains healthy. Likewise, the page does not separately certify WhatsApp, Telegram, Twilio SMS, email servers, external AI providers, PayPal or an isolated SIP instance.

When troubleshooting, users should first compare the public status with the affected function. If the status page reports a core outage, repeated local configuration changes are unlikely to help. If the core platform is available, the next step is to check the tenant’s System Status panel, channel test buttons and available logs. Logs are limited to a maximum of 500 lines and currently do not offer a filter. Automation failures can be inspected in the Runs tab, but there is no retry button.

The page should be refreshed when a current reading is needed because it is a point-in-time check. It should not be used to calculate monthly availability or to prove that an earlier incident did not occur. For a support request, record the exact time, tenant, affected channel, visible error and reproduction steps. Do not send passwords, tokens or private message contents unless they are specifically required and securely requested.

The status page therefore answers one narrow question: can the core Zentor App backend and database be reached now? It does not replace tenant-level diagnostics, external-provider checks or incident communication for a specific integration.

What this status shows — and what it doesn't

This status shows whether the core platform (backend and database) is reachable. It is not a guarantee that all functions work flawlessly for every tenant, and not a historical availability statistic. There is currently no public SLA for the Demo and Starter packages — individual SLA agreements are available in the Individual (Individuell) package (see Pricing).

What is checked

  • The backend process is running and responding.
  • The database connection is reachable.
  • No error accumulation since the last process start.

What this status does not show

  • No statement about individual tenant functions or custom integrations.
  • No historical availability or uptime statistic (e.g. "99.9% last month") — no such measurement series currently exists.
  • No substitute for a contractual SLA. See the pricing page for details on our SLA policy.
  • The displayed uptime refers to the currently running server process, not a long-term availability history.
