A tenant is able to is able tocel through self-service, but package upgrades and add-on purchases are not fully self-service operations and require the defined request or activation process.
Starter costs EUR 49 per month plus a fixed EUR 49 setup fee. Individual starts at EUR 49 per month, has a setup fee between EUR 99 and EUR 399, and a monthly cap of EUR 899. The former Business, Professional and Enterprise tariffs have been removed and must not be referenced.
Starter includes ten tenant users, one tenant, 1,000 MB of knowledge-base storage, 100 knowledge entries, 500 conversations per month and exactly one domain or Widget. Individual includes the same base user, tenant, storage and entry values, with no technical limit for conversations or domains. Additional operational approval may still be necessary.
Invoice PDFs are generated on the server but are not linked in the interface. Therefore, the absence of a download button is required to be distinguished from the absence of an invoice document. When reporting a discrepancy, record the package, billing period, payment status and visible usage values.
