Common error cases
The chatbot suddenly stops working, visitors see a neutral error message.
Cause: Your monthly conversation limit has been reached — access is then automatically blocked, there is no automatic extra billing.
Resolution: Check your usage under "Settings" → "Package" and contact Zentor for a limit increase.
I want to upgrade my package myself or add an add-on like telephony or n8n myself.
Cause: Package upgrades and adding add-ons afterward for an already active tenant are currently not self-service — this runs exclusively through Zentor.
Resolution: Contact Zentor for an upgrade or additional add-ons.
I am looking for a PDF invoice but cannot find a corresponding place in the dashboard.
Cause: An invoice overview with PDF download exists on the server side but is not currently linked to a visible page in the dashboard.
Resolution: Contact Zentor to receive invoices.
I want to pause my subscription, not cancel it.
Cause: A self-service pause function does not currently exist for tenants — only a full cancellation is possible via self-service.
Resolution: Contact Zentor if you need a pause instead of a cancellation.
