Once your access has been set up, log in with your email address and password. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled for your account, a second step follows with a code from your authenticator app.

Step by step

  1. Open the login pageGo to the login page of your Zentor App instance and enter your email address and password.
  2. Enter the two-factor code (if enabled)If 2FA is active for your account, the form will then ask for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
  3. Review the dashboardAfter a successful login you land on the dashboard. At the top you see tiles for active users, knowledge base entries, messages and automations.
  4. Check resource and system statusFurther down, a resources panel shows file storage, API quota and database size; a system status panel shows whether the API, database, n8n and Redis are reachable.
  5. Navigate via the sidebarOn the left you find navigation in three groups: "Main menu" (dashboard, setup assistant, my dashboards), "Modules" (e.g. knowledge, chatbot, communication, users) and "System" (settings, access control). Which entries you see depends on your role and the modules active for your tenant.

Expected result

You are logged in and see the dashboard with an overview of your key metrics as well as a role-dependent sidebar for navigation.

Common error cases

Login fails with "invalid credentials".

Cause: Email address or password entered incorrectly, or the account does not (yet) exist.

Resolution: Check your credentials, use "Forgot password" if needed. If problems persist, contact your Zentor administrator.

Login still fails after entering the 2FA code.

Cause: The code has expired (codes are only valid for a short time) or your device clock is off.

Resolution: Wait for a new code from the authenticator app and re-enter it; check your device system time.

Some menu items are missing from the sidebar.

Cause: Your role has no permission for this module, or the module is not active for your tenant.

Resolution: Contact a tenant administrator to check permissions or active modules.
