How your data is separated from other tenants, and how to switch between multiple tenants if you have several.

Zentor App is a multi-tenant platform: each tenant has a fully independent, technically isolated data world. A tenant corresponds to exactly one company or website — there are no "sub-tenants" within a single tenant.
Step by step
- Understand the isolation guaranteeEvery request is strictly limited to your own tenant on the server side — even an attempt to specifically request another tenant's data is technically rejected.
- Multiple tenants under one account (if applicable)If you operate multiple companies/websites, they can be bundled under a shared customer account — each of these tenants remains fully isolated, but you can switch between them without logging in again.
- Switch between tenantsIf your user account is associated with multiple tenants, a tenant selector appears at the top that lets you switch directly.
- Add another tenantAdding another tenant to your account is not a self-service process — contact Zentor to add another tenant (€39/month per additional tenant).
Expected result
You understand the isolation guarantee between tenants and, if applicable, can switch between multiple tenants associated with you.
Common error cases
I do not see a tenant selector even though I have multiple companies with Zentor.
Cause: The selector only appears if your user account is actually associated with multiple tenants via the same customer account.
Resolution: Contact Zentor to have your existing tenants associated with a shared customer account.
I want to create and pay for another tenant myself in the dashboard.
Cause: Creating and associating additional tenants is not currently self-service for tenant admins.
Resolution: Contact Zentor to commission another tenant.
I want to manage several independent brands/websites separately within my one tenant.
Cause: A single tenant is strictly tied to one company/website — "sub-tenants" within a tenant do not exist.
Resolution: Use separate tenants for independent brands/websites, bundled under a shared customer account if desired.
